(57)【要約】 【課題】 補修対象の温度を融点以下に保つ入熱により 補修対象の表面損傷部を補修すること。 【解決手段】 母材32表面の損傷部を切削して母材3 2の表面に切削溝34を形成し、切削溝34に摩擦棒1 8を回転させながら押圧し、摩擦棒18と切削溝34と の摩擦により切削溝34に摩擦棒18の一部を摩擦肉盛 部36として順次形成する。
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To repair a damaged part on the surface of an object to be repaired by a heat input maintaining the temperature of the object to its melting point or below. SOLUTION: A cut groove 34 is formed on the surface of a base material 32 by cutting the damaged part on the surface of the base material 32, a friction rod 18 is pressed into the cut groove 34 while rotating the friction rod 18, and part of the friction rod 18 is formed successively as a friction overlaying part 36 in the cut groove 34 by friction between the friction rod 18 and the cut groove 34.
