Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a cost by shortening the molding cycle in a method of manufacturing an impeller for an air blower composed of mutually oppositely joined two constitutive members. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method is provided with a pair of metal molds 10, 11 opposed so as to be relatively liftable and rotatable, blade bodies 70, 80, 90 and joining members 6, 8, 60 joined to the blade bodies 70, 80, 90 are almost simultaneously molded between separate molding surfaces B1, B2, A1, A2 of a pair of metal molds 10, 11, and afterwards, the metal molds 10, 11 are opened while being still held by the molding surfaces B2, A1 of the respectively mutually different side metal molds 10, 11, either one side metal mold 10 or 11 is rotated so that both molds 70, 80, 90, 6, 8, 60 are opposed in mutually joinable positions to be are integrally joined by closing the metal molds 10, 11 in the opposed positions, and the blade bodies 70, 80, 90 and the joining members 6, 8, 60 to be joined in the next place between the other molding surfaces B1, C2, C1, A2 are almost simultaneously molded.
