(57)【要約】 【課題】 テーラードブランクのような新技術に適用し ても、優れた溶接部の成形性が得られる溶接部の成形性 に優れた高強度薄鋼板を提供する。 【解決手段】 wt%で、C:0.0040〜0.02%、Si:0.05%以 下、Mn:0.7〜3.0%、P:0.04〜0.15%、S:0.02%以下、sol. Al:0.01〜0.1%、N:0.004%以下、Nb:0.01〜0.14%、残部 が実質的にFeおよび不可避的不純物からなり、かつ下記 の式(1)、(2)を満足する溶接部の成形性に優れた高強度 薄鋼板など; (12×Nb * )/(93×C)≧1.2 …(1)、 TS-4 050×Ceq≧-2.11×TS+869.3 …(2)、ただし式(1)、(2) において、Nb * =Nb-(93/14)×N、TSは母材の引張強度[MP a]、Ceq=C+(1/50)Si+(1/25)Mn+(1/2)Pであり、各元素記 号は当該元素の濃度(wt%)を表す。
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a high strength thin steel sheet excellent in the formability of the weld zone, in which the excellent formability of the weld zone can be obtained even in the case of being applied to a new technique such as a tailored blank. SOLUTION: This high strength thin steel sheet excellent in the formability of the weld zone has a composition containing, by weight, 0.0040 to 0.02% C, ≤0.05% Si, 0.7 to 3.0% Mn, 0.04 to 0.15% P, ≤0.02% S, 0.01 to 0.1% sol.Al, ≤0.004% N, 0.01 to 0.14% Nb, and the balance substantially Fe with inevitable impurities and also satisfying the following relationships (1) and (2); (12×Nb*)/(93×C)≥1.2...(1), TS-4,050×Ceq≥-2.11×TS+869.3...(2), where in the inequalities (1) and (2), Nb*=Nb-(93/14)×N, TS denotes the tensile strength [MPa] of the base material, Ceq=C+(1/50)Si+(1/25)Mn+(1/2)P, and each elemental symbol denotes the concentration (wt.%) of the same element.
