Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ammonia absorption refrigerating machine in which manufacturing costs can be reduced. SOLUTION: A temperature detector 21 is provided at a position close to an evaporator 1 in the way of a pipe 11 for transferring ammonia vapor from an evaporator 1 to an absorber and a flow control valve 22, being controlled based on a temperature detected through the temperature detector 21, is provided in the way of the ammonia liquid transfer pipe 12. Ammonia vapor is held at a saturation temperature in the vicinity of the evaporator 1 by means of the temperature detector 21 so that flooding phenomenon takes place constantly in the evaporator 1.
