Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external wall modified structure without damaging an existing external wall and having sufficient mounting strength of a new external wall material by directly and surely fixing furring strips for mounting new dry wall materials surely to a skeleton (backing material) of a building in a construction method for modifying the existing external wall surface of a building and a structural body, particularly, the existing external wall surface mainly of an ALC member (autoclaved light-weight concrete). SOLUTION: This external wall modified structure comprises a shaft body 1; and fixing device D formed of a washer part 5 with larger area, a screw part 6 having threads on the outer surface thereof, and a holding part 7 in the shape of matching with the drive part of a tool in order from the shaft body 1 side and having a backing material B allowing the shaft body 1 to be driven thereinto through an existing external wall C; an installation cap E having threads engageable with the threads of the screw part 6 of the fixing device D and having flat smooth surface on the outer surface thereof; furring strips F installed on the flat smooth surface 9 of the installation cap E; and a new external wall material G fixed to the furring strips F and covering the existing external wall C. The position of the smooth flat surface 9 is adjustable to the inside and outside by rotating the installation cap E.
(57)【要約】 【目的】 建築、構築物の既存外壁面、特にALC部材 (軽量気泡コンクリート)を中心とした既存外壁面を新 規外壁材で改修するための工法に関し、新規の乾式壁材 を取り付けるための胴縁を確実に建物の躯体(下地材) に直接固定することによって、既存外壁に損傷を与え ず、しかも、新規外壁材の取付強度も充分な外壁改修構 造を提供する。 【構成】 軸体1と、軸体1側から面積の大きいワッシ ャ部5、外面にネジ山を有するネジ部6、工具の打ち込 み部と合致する形状の保持部7の順に形成した頭部4か らなり、軸体1が既存外壁Cを貫通して下地材Bに打ち 込まれる固定具Dと、固定具Dのネジ部6のネジ山と合 致するネジ山を有し外方に平滑面を有する取付キャップ Eと、取付キャップEの平滑面9に取り付けられる胴縁 Fと、胴縁Fに固定して既存外壁Cを覆う新規外壁材G とから構成し、平滑面9の位置は取付キャップEを回転 させることによって内外方に調整可能である。
