Abstract

本发明公开了一种采用高效磨矿从低铝硅比铝土矿选择性絮凝脱硅的方法。它将矿石磨至-0.074mm占80%~98%,在磨矿过程中加入碳酸钠;再加新鲜水、絮凝剂,搅拌使之充分分散后沉降脱泥;脱泥后的精矿返回再磨,磨至-0.074mm占90%~98%,在磨矿过程中加入碳酸钠;再加新鲜水、絮凝剂,搅拌使之充分分散后沉降脱泥。该法选别指标高,分离效果好,流程简单,成本低廉。采用该方法后,处理原矿铝硅比为4.19的铝土矿,可以得到回收率为74.32%,铝硅比为6.52的铝土矿精矿;处理原矿铝硅比为4.16的铝土矿,采用该方法后,可以得到回收率为79.54%,铝硅比为6.31的铝土矿精矿。
The invention discloses a method for selective flocculent desiliconization from low alumina-silicon ratio alumyte by using high effective grinding ore. The method comprises the following steps: grinding the ore to be 0.074 millimeter accounting for 80 to 98 percent, and adding sodium carbonate during grinding; then adding fresh water and flocculating agent into the mixture, and settling the mixture and removing sludge after the mixture is fully scattered by stirring; returning ore concentrate after being removed with the sludge to regrind to be 0.074 millimeter accounting for 90 to 98 percent, and adding the sodium carbonate during grinding; and finally adding the fresh water and the flocculating agent into the mixture again, and settling the mixture and removing the sludge after the mixture is fully scattered by stirring. The method has the advantages of high selecting indexes, good separating effect, simple flow and low cost. After the method is adopted, when alumyte the aluminum-silicon ratio of which is 4.19 is treated, alumyte concentrate the reclaiming ratio of which is 74.32 percent and the aluminum-silicon ratio of which is 6.52 can be obtained; and after the method is adopted, when alumyte the aluminum-silicon ratio of which is 4.16 is treated, alumyte concentrate the reclaiming ratio of which is 79.54 percent and the aluminum-silicon ratio of which is 6.31 can be obtained.
