Abstract

本发明涉及一种预应力孔道密实灌浆方法,属于建筑施工技术领域。该方法的过程为:在孔道的拱背最高处两侧开设可关闭灌注口和溢出口、第一次灌注、在水泥浆凝结之前清除灌注口至溢出口之间孔道内的水泥浆、待水泥浆凝结之后用水湿润孔道内的水泥浆、打开灌注口和溢出口,从灌注口灌入膨胀水泥浆直至从溢出口溢出、封闭溢出口并保持灌注口的灌注压力、打开溢出口、再次从灌注口加压灌入膨胀水泥浆、停止灌注后保持灌注口上膨胀水泥浆的浆面高度高于溢出口标高直至凝结。本发明的方法有效消除了预应力孔道内水泥浆体的空洞,显著提高了孔道灌浆的密实度,使灌浆后孔道的剖切面完全密实、无任何空洞,从而可以彻底杜绝外界有害介质入侵孔道的隐患。
The invention relates to a prestressed channel close grouting method, belonging to the technical field of building construction. The method includes the steps of setting a closable grouting opening and an overflow opening at two sides of the highest place of the extrados of the channel, performing a first grouting, cleaning the cement slurry in the channel between the grouting opening and the overflow opening before the cement slurry is coagulated, moistening the cement slurry in the channel by water after the cement slurry is coagulated, opening the grouting opening and the overflow opening, grouting the expanded cement slurry through the grouting opening until the slurry flows from the overflow opening, closing the overflow opening and keeping the grouting pressure of the grouting opening, opening the overflow opening, pressuring and grouting the expanded cement slurry again through the grouting opening, and keeping the slurry height of the expanded cement slurry at the grouting opening higher than the elevation of the overflow opening after grouting until the slurry is coagulated. The method of the invention effectively eliminates the cavity of the cement slurry in the prestressed channel, obviously improves the density of the channel grouting, causes the section plane of the channel after grouting to be fully sealed and have no cavity, and thereby can thoroughly prevent the hidden trouble that the extraneous harmful media intrude the channel.
